The yarns of the product I bought were opened and what should I do?

The yarn designs of the product you have received are guaranteed for lifetime. In case you have a problem, you can reach us at and send us for repair. In case of problems arising from the production (for a 3 months period), the repair process is made free of charge and in case of usage error is determined, the repair cost will be reflected to the customer. Shipping charge for repair is reflected to the customer.

Where & When do we deliver?

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your Happy-Nes products as fast as possible. Our products are distributed from our warehouse in Athens, Greece. Greece: 1-2 business days. Europe: 2-3 business days.  Allow delays during major public holidays. In the e-mail with your order confirmation you will also find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.


It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.

Order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Sales.

We are unable to change the delivery address on orders.

Taxes & Duties

Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.


You may pay for your goods by credit card, debit card or wire transfer.

We accept most payment cards, like: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment must be made in the currency as indicated on your Order before you submit it.

If you pay by credit or debit card, you must supply your card details when you place your Order. Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your Order at the time your Order is dispatched. We will not accept your Order, neither will we supply the goods to you until your credit or debit card issuer has authorized the use of your card for payment of the goods ordered oe your wire transfer reaches our bank account indicated in the order confirmation mail. Your goods will be supplied after your payment is cleared. If we do not receive payment in cleared funds within 3 days after the date of your Order then your Order will be cancelled.

We will send the goods to you at the delivery address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We may, however, only send documents by e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of making the Order.

Return & Exchange

You have the right to exchange or return Happy-Nes products (for a full refund) within 30 days of receiving them. The products have to be unused with labels, with all the accessories (ie. extra ear buds in some models) and packaging intact. When you return or exchange products, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your product or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. You must contact us before returning the product. If you do not contact us, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.

We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.

Happy-Nes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, or credit it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. In some cases, damage not covered under warranty can be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, the consumer must return the product to Happy-Nes dealer where it was purchased with the original purchase receipt. In case the item was bought on Happy-Nes,gr Online Shop please return it following our Return Policy and make sure to mention 'Item was defective' as return reason. If the 30 days return period has expired, please contact us.

This warranty gives specific legal rights; it does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer and which may vary from country to country.
